01. Transactional Integrity
All payment data is handled exclusively through Transaction Junction. VINA Vault only stores the metadata necessary to verify your forensic credit balance. Your IP address is logged during password resets and credit purchases to ensure account security.
02. Cookie Usage
We use persistent cookies to maintain your "Remember Me" session for up to 14 days. If you log out, these cookies are immediately purged from your browser. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.
03. Forensic Data Rights
Users may request a full export of their personal data and trace history. While we comply with erasure requests, we are legally required to retain transaction logs for 5 years per Namibian financial regulations.
