REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

NOTICE: Digital Forensic Reports are exempt from standard return policies. All VIN traces are final.

01. OVERVIEW

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your credit purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To complete a request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from Transaction Junction.

02. ELIGIBLE REFUNDS

Refunds are only granted for technical errors where a credit is deducted but the VINA system fails to initialize the data stream. We do not refund for "No Records Found" outcomes.
